Local CoPs in six Living Labs, implementing a co-developed water-smartness agenda with a perspective until 2040. They will start to implement their strategy through technology, IT, business models & policy/governance solutions and will receive training and capacity building on joint challenges, solutions, and ambitions through an innovation alliance.
