B-WaterSmart project presented at IWA-conference

 

Eric Santos, Project Manager at Cetaqua Water Technology Centre, presented the innovative B-WaterSmart project at the highly regarded IWA Leading Edge Conference on Water and Wastewater Technologies in Daegu, Korea, on May 29th and 30th. With the title, “Towards a more sustainable water treatment and reuse through brines valorisation”, Eric showcased the consortium’s dedication to advancing sustainable water treatment and reuse practices, with a special focus on the implementation of brine valorisation technologies in Rincón de León WWTP in the LL Alicante.

In addition to his presentation, Eric Santos actively contributed to a thought-provoking round table discussion during the conference. His expertise allowed him to provide valuable insights and engage in stimulating conversations with other industry leaders. Eric’s active participation and contribution during the round table demonstrated the project’s commitment to collaborative efforts in tackling the challenges of water and wastewater management.
